Positive: The location was convenient, with a grocery shop next door. The bed was comfortable, and self-check-in was easy. Negative: The host was not very responsive. We also found a broken vase hidden in the closet, so I would u checking the apartment upon arrival, especially since a €150 security deposit is required. The host eventually released our security deposit as a solution, which I appreciated, but overall the experience was still rather disappointing. Additionally, our apartment did not have a balcony. When I asked for clarification on how the different room types are presented and allocated through Booking.com, so guests can clearly understand whether a balcony is included, I never received an answer. I understand that a balcony is not specifically listed among the room facilities, but based on the promotional photos, the presentation can be quite confusing. Being a guest, I would appreciate better comms.

Positive: Incredible location with great mountain views. 20 minute walk into centre of town. Very modern furnishings and appliances. Large comfortable bed with extra pillows available. Negative: Nothing.

Positive: The most beautiful stay and views, we got a thunder and lightning storm whilst there and the views from our accommodation were simply breathtaking! Negative: Views, comfy beds, lovely cosy feel to the place.
