Positive: The apartment is modern and well equipped, and the overall space is very comfortable. The location is good — it’s about a five-minute walk to the town center and not too far from the valley. The balcony is especially lovely, with a beautiful open view over the fields. Negative: One thing that really disappointed us during our stay was how difficult it was to contact the property management. On our first night, we discovered that there was no hairdryer in the apartment. Since we were unable to make local calls with our phones, we tried contacting the property by both email and Booking.com messages, but received no response at all. There were also no staff members on site who could help us. The apartment had almost everything else we needed, so it was particularly frustrating to find such a basic item missing, especially after washing our hair and having no one to contact for assistance. The next day, I deliberately waited in the lobby around check-out time, hoping to find a member of the cleaning staff. Fortunately, I eventually found someone and was able to get a hairdryer. In other words, if I hadn’t managed to find someone in person, we might not have received any assistance at all during our stay. What was even more disappointing was that the property never responded to any of our messages, nor did we receive any explanation or apology. We later received a message regarding the security deposit, which appeared to be an automated message, but still received no personal response regarding the issue we had reported. The apartment itself has very good facilities, which makes this experience even more unfortunate. For me, being able to reach the property management when a problem arises is a basic and important part of any stay. Based on our experience, I unfortunately cannot recommend this apartment.

Genial Positive: Alojamiento nuevo, amplio, luminoso y con unas vistas magnificas. Las camas eran muy comodas, mis hijas, ya adolescentesc durmieron en el sofá-cama que era muy cómodo y grande, como una cama normal, además hay unas cortinas y queda como una segunda habitación. Hay todos los utensilios necesarios (kettle, tostadora, cafetera…), no falta nada. También lo básico como azucar, sal, algunas cápsulas de café… Hay varios supermercados al lado y también una cafeteria delante para desayunad, aunque al final vimos que comprando algo en el super si hacia buen tiempo era mejor desayunad en el balcón con vistas a la montaña. Comunicación muy buena con el anfitrión, el check in/out es todo online y por códigos, muy fácil y práctico. Hay dos paraguas que nos salvaron de un dia de lluvia. Está situado a las afueras de Bovec, zona tranquila, si quieres ir al centro donde hay restaurantes y tiendas para hacer rafting, tienes unos 15 minutos andando. Realmentw nos ha gustado mucho el apartamento. Negative: Nada, para decir algo, hay una plaza de parking a la entrada reservada para el alojamiento pero nos la encontrabamos ocupada cada dia. No era problema porque habia otras plazas sin enumerar libres, supongo que la gente no sabia que eran de una propiedad. Pero vaya, esto no fue ningun problema ni culpa del propietario
